Booking Procedures:

Booking a tour with us is simple:

1. Call our toll free number at 1-877-630-7955 and put your deposit down. or

2. Fill out contact information form and click submit. One of our representatives will contact you shortly.

3.  A deposit of $300 per person is required at the time of booking a tour. We accept check and major credit cards for reservation and final payment.

To secure your reservation, we will need:

1) All passengers’ names as they appear on their passport
2) Your phone number
3) Your mailing address
4) Your fax number or email address
5) A copy of the first page of your passport

After Booking

After you book a tour and put down the deposit, you will receive a booking invoice the same day via email. Your tour items, prices, balance, due date, and other information are included in the invoice. You also will receive further information about flights, hotels, and others promptly via email or phone calls.
