Responsibility

Tour into Tibet acts solely as an agent for contracted services. All travel arrangements are made on the participant's behalf with the express understanding that neither Tour into Tibet nor its agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential harm resulting from any act or omission of any third party — including airlines, trains, motor coaches, cruise vessels, hotels, sightseeing providers, local ground handlers, restaurants, or any other supplier of goods or services for this trip. Participants agree to seek remedies directly with those suppliers.

Tour into Tibet and its agents are not responsible for any losses or expenses due to delays, schedule changes, overbooking of accommodations, default of third parties, illness, weather, strikes, acts of God, terrorism, force majeure, government actions, civil disturbances, war, quarantine, customs regulations, epidemics, criminal activity, or any other cause beyond its control. All such losses or expenses are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Tour into Tibet accepts no responsibility for the value, reliability, quality, or authenticity of goods purchased while on tour, or for any mailing, freight, or shipping arrangements.
Tour into Tibet reserves the right to decline or remove any participant whose health, mental condition, physical infirmity, or general conduct impedes the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other participants.
Tour into Tibet reserves the right to substitute hotels, alter itineraries, withdraw any tour, or make any modifications deemed necessary for the operation of the tour.
Tour into Tibet reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure. In such cases, liability is limited to a full refund of all monies received by Tour into Tibet, which shall constitute full and final settlement with the tour participant.
Baggage is carried entirely at the owner's risk. Baggage insurance is strongly recommended. Tour into Tibet is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay of any passenger luggage.
Tour into Tibet is not responsible for typographical or printing errors or omissions in any published materials.
Tour into Tibet accepts no responsibility for costs arising from a participant's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance, which is strongly recommended. Please note that standard US health insurance policies generally do not provide coverage outside the United States.
